Shipping within India for shoes is completely free on prepaid orders. We do not levy any additional charges on COD orders.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our website. Only size exchanges and replacements for defective products are allowed.
Exchanges due to size or defect issues can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Pick-up and re-delivery will be arranged by us at no additional cost.

Exchanges will be rejected if soles show signs of use or damage.

We only replace products if:

There is a size issue
There is a manufacturing defect

Exchanges showing wear or damage – such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles – will not be accepted.
