Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or replacement for manufacturing defects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Shoes must be tried on carefully on a carpeted floor to avoid sole damage.
- Exchanges will be rejected if soles show signs of use or damage.
We only replace products if:
- There is a size issue
- There is a manufacturing defect
Exchanges showing wear or damage – such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles – will not be accepted.

The shoe looks good , the quality of the leather is good everything is good but the thickness of the leather is pretty thick and because of that the shoe does not act like a shoe while walking and it cuts through the fingers as it does not bend from the toe which made me unbearable to walk at all , after one day my foot started to pain alot and then i ditched it them i guess i will not wear them at all and it will be an addition which will be cornered . I am sure suede one won’t have this problem but please dont buy the leather ones .
