• شحن الأحذية داخل الهند مجاني تمامًا للطلبات المدفوعة مسبقًا. لا نفرض أي رسوم إضافية على طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام.
• لا نقبل الإرجاع أو استرداد المبالغ على موقعنا الإلكتروني. يُسمح فقط باستبدال المقاسات والمنتجات المعيبة.
• يمكن طلب الاستبدال بسبب المقاس أو العيوب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم. سنقوم بترتيب الاستلام وإعادة التسليم دون أي تكلفة إضافية.
• سيتم معالجة عمليات التبادل بناءً على قيمة الطلب الأصلية بعد تطبيق أي خصومات أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو ضريبة السلع والخدمات أو أي رسوم أخرى قابلة للتطبيق.

 Exchange & Replacement Policy

Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or replacement for manufacturing defects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Shoes must be tried on carefully on a carpeted floor to avoid sole damage.
• Exchanges will be rejected if soles show signs of use or damage.

We only replace products if:

• There is a size issue
• There is a manufacturing defect

Exchanges showing wear or damage – such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles – will not be accepted.
