1. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or replacement for manufacturing defects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Shoes must be tried on carefully on a carpeted floor to avoid sole damage.
• Exchanges will be rejected if soles show signs of use or damage.

We only replace products if:

• There is a size issue
• There is a manufacturing defect

Exchanges showing wear or damage – such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles – will not be accepted.

2. How to Exchange Your Product

To initiate an exchange:

• Email support@wearnou.com within 5 days of receiving your order with:
• Order ID
• Name and complete Address with Pincode
• Contact details
• Clear photos of the shoes, including soles
• Reason for exchange
• We’ll respond within 48 hours with approval or rejection.
• If approved, return the product with a tracking number. You bear the return shipping cost.
• Ship to: Ground 2A, Ravija Plaza, Opp. Rambagh, Thaltej-Shilaj Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380059, Gujarat
• After inspection, we’ll notify you of the final decision and ship the replacement if approved.

3. Additional Exchange Notes

• No refunds are offered.
• No cancellations after an order is processed.
• Exchanges are based on original order details.
• Applies to both regular-priced and sale items if returned in original condition.
• No additional fees for COD orders.

4. Partial Payment for Cash on Delivery (COD)

To reduce cancellations, we offer Partial COD.

How It Works:

• Pay ₹500 in advance to confirm your COD order.
• The ₹500 is deducted from your total order value.
• Pay the balance in cash upon delivery.

Important Notes:

• The ₹500 advance is non-refundable if:
  • You cancel the order
  • You refuse the delivery
• ₹500 is forfeited if delivery fails.
• You must pay ₹500 again to place a new COD order.
• Orders without advance payment will not be processed for COD.

By placing a Partial COD order, you agree to these terms.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to all the above terms.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Continued use of our website and services implies your acceptance of these changes.
