 Exchange & Replacement Policy

Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or replacement for manufacturing defects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Shoes must be tried on carefully on a carpeted floor to avoid sole damage.
• Exchanges will be rejected if soles show signs of use or damage.

We only replace products if:

• There is a size issue
• There is a manufacturing defect

Exchanges showing wear or damage – such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles – will not be accepted.
