• We aim to deliver Nou products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.
• Shipping within India for shoes is completely free on prepaid orders. We do not levy any additional charges on COD orders.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our website. Only size exchanges and replacements for defective products are allowed.
• Exchanges due to size or defect issues can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Pick-up and re-delivery will be arranged by us at no additional cost.
• Exchanges will be processed based on the original order value after applying any discounts, VAT, GST, or other applicable charges.

 Exchange & Replacement Policy

Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or replacement for manufacturing defects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Shoes must be tried on carefully on a carpeted floor to avoid sole damage.
• Exchanges will be rejected if soles show signs of use or damage.

We only replace products if:

• There is a size issue
• There is a manufacturing defect

Exchanges showing wear or damage – such as creased uppers or scuffed leather soles – will not be accepted.
