Refund and Returns Policy

 

  1. Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request either an exchange or a refund.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse Ground 2A Ravija Plaza, Opp. Rambagh,Thaltej-Shilaj Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad 380059 Gujarat, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. To initiate the refund, kindly share your Bank Account Number, Name, and IFSC Code with our Support team at support@wearnou.com. along with the Order ID, Name, Address with pincode, and Contact Details.
  4. Refund Mode: Refunds will only be generated to the customer's bank account, irrespective of the mode of payment used for the purchase.
  5. Return Pickup: We will arrange the pickup of your return through our own courier team.
  6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@wearnou.com.
  7. Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

  9. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  10. Shipping: For all returns/refunds, the reverse pickup and re-delivery are provided by us. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.Usual time for processing the refund/exchange is working days.
  11. Cancellation Policy: Please note, we do not have a cancellation policy.
