- We aim to deliver Nou products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.
- Shipping within India for shoes is completely free on prepaid orders. We do not levy any additional charges for COD orders.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our website. Only size exchanges and replacements for defective products are allowed.
- Size exchanges due to fitting issues or replacements for defects can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Pick-up and re-delivery will be arranged by us at no additional cost.
- Exchanges will be processed based on the original order value after applying any discounts, VAT, GST, or other applicable charges.
